You pay for processing. Not for storage.
Credits match what an operation actually costs to run. Analysis, inspection and ten-image dry runs are free, and an image is charged only for the operations its plan actually runs: a background that is already clean is not charged for background removal, a file that is already sharp is not charged for enhancement.

Every account starts here. Analyse your whole catalogue and dry-run any recipe on ten images for nothing, then spend 50 credits a month on real processing. One workspace, one person, 1 GB of storage. Move to a paid plan whenever the credits run short — nothing you have made is lost.
Prices are in US dollars, and US dollars are what you are billed. Prices exclude GST. Where GST applies to a supply we make to you we add it and issue a tax invoice.
The things worth knowing before you upload.
What if it gets an image wrong?
Every result is scored against its original. If its product-match score falls below the recipe's floor Jeani re-crops and tries again, up to 3 times in all. Anything still doubtful is held in a review queue for you to approve or reject. Clear the queue before you ship a run: a store delivery sends only the images that passed inspection or you approved, and leaves the held ones as they are, while a ZIP gives you your untouched original for each held image so the folder is still complete.
Can I undo a whole job?
Yes. Originals are never modified, so a job can be rolled back to the exact files you uploaded. New assets such as lifestyle shots sit beside the original with a suffix, so removing them breaks nothing.
How long does 10,000 images take?
It depends on the recipe. A crop, resize and clean is a fraction of the work of generative background or lifestyle jobs. A processing run shows an expected and a worst-case cost before it starts, and a free dry run on ten of your own images shows how the recipe behaves on your catalogue before you spend a credit.
Do you train on my images?
No. Your catalogue is processed and returned to you. Images are not used to train models, and originals are kept only so you can restore them.
What if my platform is not listed?
You get back a folder of files in the same tree, under the same names, with the extension your recipe's output format asks for. If you can upload images to your store, Jeani works with it. The Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware and Magento connectors are covered by recorded-response tests; Magento has been run against a live store.
What counts as a credit?
One credit is one operation on one image. Optimisation is 1 and basic enhancement 1, background removal 1, advanced restoration 2, background generation 3, lifestyle 10. Analysis and inspection are free, and an image is charged only for the operations its plan actually runs: an image whose background is already clean is not charged for background removal, and one that is already sharp enough is not charged for enhancement.
Is the API on every plan?
Yes. Any plan can create an API key from your account, and every key reaches the same endpoints — the plan changes your credits, workspaces, members and how many jobs run at once, not what the API will do. The reference is at /docs.
Can I try it on a sample first?
That is the way in. Upload your catalogue, take the free analysis, then run ten images against a recipe at no cost. A dry run costs no credits and needs no balance, and you can change the recipe and run it again on those same images as often as you like. It works on images you have not paid to process yet, so once a catalogue has been through a full run there is nothing left for it to sample. The results are yours whether or not you continue.
See what is wrong with your catalogue before you spend a credit.
Upload, get the analysis, run ten images for free. The results are yours either way.
